Justine Cox is an experienced governance and leadership professional with more than 25 years’ experience across financial services, leadership development and people and culture.
She currently serves as Chair of the Bendigo Community Bank National Council, leading a national network of community banks that use financial services to reinvest in local communities.
Justine is passionate about enabling boards to navigate change with integrity and impact and is deeply engaged in regional community economic and leadership development.
She is the founder of Leaders Change Room and brings valuable skills including strategic foresight, planning and governance, and stakeholder and community engagement.
Justine holds a Master of Management and a Bachelor of Business, along with advanced certifications in neuroscience of leadership, positive psychology, governance and executive coaching.
